Unfortunately, they contracted a stomach virus just five minutes after arriving at the park and didn't receive any refund or compensation from the staff. To make matters worse, the staff was rude and unhelpful, leaving patriciak feeling heartbroken. A fellow guest accused my twelve-year-old son of making a gun gesture with his fingers towards her three-year-old child. However, my boys were nowhere near that area of the park at the alleged time of the incident. Despite my apology and reassurance that my sons would never behave in that manner, the woman became verbally aggressive and threatened us. With no security or police present, I felt unsafe and sought an escort out of the park. The only worker available allowed the situation to escalate. We informed management and received a half-hearted apology and no reimbursement. This incident has caused me to lose faith in the park and its handling of security concerns.
