Since the 2004 season, the Crimson Tide have participated in a bowl game every year. And this season, the Tide has lofty goals: win the SEC and the national championship.
There is so much support for the team in Alabama and the rest of the South that the team's stadium, Bryant-Denny Stadium, is one of the 10 largest in the world with a capacity of 101,821.
Even though Crimson Tide fans in Tuscaloosa and the rest of Alabama love their team, crowds at home games regularly surpass 100,000, making it necessary for even those fans to resort to watching games on television or online.
In a positive turn of events for cord-cutters, the vast majority of Crimson Tide games can be viewed on multiple major networks, including CBS, ABC, ESPN, ESPN2, and the SEC Network. Almost any service that streams current events and live television will have these options.Photo of Alabama football team courtesy of Picryl (public domain).

Broadcasters CBS and Disney-owned ABC have agreements with the SEC to air games. As a result of the latter arrangement, ESPN, ESPN2, and SEC Network will broadcast all conference games, as well as any home non-conference games, that are played by the respective schools.
Since the November 23, 2013 match between Chattanooga and Tuscaloosa, which was only available via pay-per-view, all of the team's games have been shown on those five channels. Before the SEC Network debuted, that was the last season.
Since then, with the exception of 2020, the Crimson Tide's only games broadcast on ABC have been season openers played on neutral turf.
However, the team has only recently been featured on ESPN2 for their home non-conference games against relatively weak opponents. Alabama's Oct. 25, 2014, game against Tennessee on the road was the last Southeastern Conference game broadcast on ESPN2.
The Crimson Tide may occasionally air on another network. All SEC-related bowl games air on ABC, ESPN, and ESPN2, so this option is limited to games played in neutral or non-conference locations.
Since Fox is one of the networks that has the rights to air Big 12 home games, this could take place on September 10, 2022, when Alabama travels to take on Texas.
